I like to go to cafeterias with a book to read, have my coffee and disconnect from everything else but, the staff come across impolite and as if they are forced to work. Puts me off. First time I thought ?ok. Maybe they?re just having a busy day? then second time I instantly regretted it. As much as I love my costa coffee. I?d rather walk 30 mins to get it elsewhere than go to this negative environment cafeteria.

you can't buy real coffee there, it has no taste, you can make better ones at home, I asked for hot coffee, unfortunately the girl said she made it hot but unfortunately it wasn't , she did again but was not good , newer back there again !!!!
They do know haw to make caffe , I?m sorry us to expensive to pay for not good caffe
?Only costa is best and is amazing - in shopping centre Staines , ????they know haw to do real caffe and hot with taste !!!!

There?s a barista who works here who is amazing. Her name is Maddie. Shes always friendly and conversational and makes my Costa visits worthwhile.

I've been coming here quite often, but last Sunday the bartender gave me the wrong drink. I ordered iced caramel latte but he gave me hot caramel latte. And today when I ordered ham and cheese it was expired. I couldn't go back to exchange drinks and food because I had to catch my train. I feel the service is very bad and will never come back here

The staff are cold and the girl working today is impolite, not greeting people neither saying thank you or nice words to the customers. Looks like she is forced to come to work.

I love coffee- but dont usually opt for costa. until i saw a beautiful young lady serving a delicious looking drink. I couldn't resist. I was served by Ella and wow. I've walked this earth 46 years and THIS made it all worth while. I had a flat white. And then i begrudgingly left. I have to move towns but on the train home, that Coffee and the excellent barista-ess made the trip all that more enjoyable.
