The worst costa i have ever been to.
The young lad thay served me didn't even speak to me when he took my order.
Then there was another young person who was serving free hot drinks outside and nearly spilt them on me and then eventually gave my order to someone else and didn't even apologise.
Don't know how the management is not dealing with all these bad reviews.

Had a makeover and is looking fresh again. Always busy but the staff were very helpful.

OK but the upholstery on the seating is not very good,badly stained and quite off putting,won't be visiting this branch of Costa in the near future

The cup is warm, the hopes are high,
But Costa?s brew? Oh, my, oh my.
A bitter sip, a burnt refrain,
Like cardboard soaked in midnight rain.
The beans once bold, now flat and weak,
A muddy taste, no flair to seek.
I dreamed of rich, smooth coffee bliss,
But all I got was this sad miss.
Oh, Costa, why the cruel despair?
A caffeine fix deserves more care.
Next time I?ll pass, and save my tongue,
From coffee crimes so sadly sprung.

This place has really let itself down lately. Incredibly slow service, lack of enthusiasm or care. Please step it up again because this place used to be quick and good!

We come here regularly during the week,very friendly good service,the staff are more like friends,would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Parking: Parking is fine we have a blue badge for mum,there is plenty of disabled parking,but also plenty of normal parking,it shares the area with Waitrose.

Going to have to stop coming here. It was pretty good - at least three stars. Went in today. Some new members of staff - quite young - and got my usual order to go. Got it. Sipped it. Threw it away. Terrible. The food is fine if you want cakes and biscuits, but if you can?t do a decent coffee - what?s the point?

I asked and orders a mango frappe so it'd come with the bubble tea balls and the surpes but I got given a mango cooler with some cream on top which costs less then what I ordered?

Staff very very slow in here waited forever and a day for cups of coffee and a couple of pieces of millionaire short bread. Coffee tasted burnt when tasted. Glad this is not my usual one. As I tend to spend nearly 80 weekly on coffees at there other ones.
