We got in and the staff weren't working together and burnt out toasties and had to redo them, and I constantly heard complains about wrong coffee and food. Also one of the staff stood there for about 10minutes talking to her friends ignoring the cue of customer's. ALSO everywhere I looked on the tiles and display board there were flies flying about.

The chai latte tasted like warm milk with sugar and cinnamon, nothing else. They should not have changed from powder to syrup.

Went last Sunday shop was really busy in the morning but all staff were super efficient. I didn't mind waiting in the queue as I could tell they were doing their best serving and making sure shop was kept clean.

This store is always dirty, never organised or managed correctly. Also often out of cups, ice or unable to take card payments. Really shoddy customer service and some very rude staff. Never sticking to the specifications of the drinks, so consultancy is non existent. So many of us miss the old manager! Not wasting my time with this store anymore.
