Walk through Clark?s in Woking , I have been shopping my entire life in London as I was based there before, the staff was not very present except one young member wich helped me a lot all through my purchase , Saniea as young and new on her role bless her she was pretty attentive as I was pretty demanding.thank you Saniea, please Clark?s management look after your staff and training them I felt was bit of absence and lacking of training somehow . My stars goes for Saniea patience all along the service she committed,even with her poor knowledge!well done !

Took my 2 daughters in to this Clarks in woking and was amazed at how disrespectful the staff was , I would suggest the people in charge of this store take a good look at the staff they have working there as the gentleman who (well I can't say helped us) because he made it very clear he didn't want us In the store as it ment he had to do something.
I would suggest you hire people who actually want to work for Clarks alot better yet actually want to work at all as the gentleman yesterday was awful

I went to the shop on 10.07 at 1430 and the bloke was there by himself running up and down like a headless chicken. Terrible!!!

I was looking at buying some ladies boots in the Woking branch. I saw a pair in two colours that I liked and had to summons assistance from a member of staff who was clustered around the till with her colleagues looking at something on their phones. (At the time there was only one other customer in the store, so they were not busy).The staff member got the boots I required and checked a price for me and then promptly disappeared, back to the cash desk. I managed to get her attention to look for another size and that was it.She went back to the cash desk to chat with her colleagues. I was tempted with the boots as I quite liked them but was absolutely disgusted at the way the sales assistants were behaving. I decided to look elsewhere and bought a pair of boots from another retailer. I left feeling that I will never go back to that shop.As a former employee of Clarks, my colleagues and I would never have abandoned a customer in this way.

Really quite disappointed with the store. I booked an appointment online as I know how busy it can be, I turn up and they just told to "wait". My appointment time comes and goes. The lady managing the queue said: oh, I'll go and find someone.... She leaves....and I never see her again. Another person comes and they say they'll find me someone. That takes more time.
Finally with the fitting, the guy didn't really care and was just "going through the motions". I only asked to see two pairs of shoes but was made to feel like I was a real imposition.
I won't be going back to this store.
