I had a piercing appointment booked. Busy Saturday, paid petrol and parking only to be refused when I got there as short staffed. Awful customer services, no apology and refusal of any voucher unless proved receipts. Don't deserve the 1 star! Absolute waste of my valuable time.

Please can you fulfil online click and collect orders and if you are not doing that at least pick up the phone. Worst store ever! I have reported you to head office .

I booked piercing of my 1.5 yo daughter. I got email confirmation plus 2 further reminders *your piercing at Claire's is coming soon...".When we arrived (together with our 5 and 3 yo boys), the shop was closed!!As per google, it was supposed to be open.When we asked shops around, their staff told us they are open only 4 hours a day as they don?t have enough staff.Completely misleading info everywhere.And not a single warning from Claire's that they won't be there for our appointment.Wasted time and parking fee! BYE.

If you want to buy hair accessories, as well as earrings, bracelets and a lot of other things, this is the store for you. The seller is friendly. The store is very spacious and has a very large selection.

Lovely earrings at affordable prices. I don't like the design of the links used for the necklaces, however, there are great options for pendants.

Cheap and cheerful and very popular with young girls! They have lots of offers but the signage is not always clear about this which means you spend a lot of time choosing only to have to do it all again. Not very happy they opened 15min late today and local vendors told me they open late a lot at the moment. Not so easy for excitable young people to wait (and that is their target clientele)...

The prices in this place is mental. Not just this store in fairness across the brand. Get over the 3 for 3 offer Claire's. Nobody is buying it anymore. Just offer a decent price for that 'ridiculously attractive to 6 year old girls stock' you have there. Save us adults the heartache of buying 6 overpriced glittersparkly thingamajiggys as opposed to 1 reasonably priced one ? Tnx

Took my daughter to have her ears pierced on the 29th July and was served by Emma.Emma was great with my daughter who was really anxious. She explained the process really well and was patient whilst my daughter picked her earrings.Emma was seen sanatising her work areas which was really reassuring and took all the relevant hygiene precautions.Really great service and highly recommended!!!
