Had my ears pierced, second piercing in each ear. Only when I got home I realised the placing didn't match in each ear, then a day later, I experienced really bad pain and had to remove them. Money completely down the drain. I would not recomend

Popped in today so my daughter could spend some birthday money. The supervisor could not have been more approachable, friendly and helpful; a real example of great customer service. Explained what offers were on, directed us where we needed to go and also sorted out a small issue when we had to pop back and return an item. My only regret is not getting her name so this review could be more personal! A huge thanks from me and my girls ?

Staff are nice but not very knowledgeable. They need more studs for men, but the no return policy on earrings even though I didn?t use them at all is a bit stupid. Not even a partial refund given waste of £20

Leanne is probably the most enthusiastic vibrant employee in the whole shopping centre. Definitely uplifted my shopping experience at Claire?s. She was very helpful and friendly to all customers
