DO NOT USE - They are scamming people
Sent a used iPhone to sell. I was quoted £240 online which was reasonable. Phone was used and showed obvious signs, but was in good condition and in good working order so labled it as 'Good' (not excellent or as new).
When they received the phone they only offered £40 and will not return it without a further payment of £10... It's not even close to their online quotation...

I had a problem with a phone I bought from another CEX branch, but when I brought it here, Charlie was super helpful! He really went out of his way to sort out the issue and helped me find a replacement. I'm really happy with the service!

Worse experience ever, they are taking advantage of people having money issues and paying the minimum for everything they buying and they sell it 3 times more.
I wanted to sell a watch there and they gave me £35 for a watch when the same watch was on sale there and looking worse than mine was on sale for £100, they are thinking only about maximum profit and scam the people coming to the shop

I got the Quadcast from Hyper X for £62 really worth the money. I'll be back for more things from CEX kind staff, big enough store and loads of items and the best thing is that it's my local cex as well!

I went to the store to sell my xbox 360 and was met by the most rude salesperson I have ever come across. I don't think he even wanted to talk to me in the end offered me £10 which was a Insult. I would strongly advise everyone else to stay as far away from this shop as possible

Went in to discuss repair of a handled console. The person who helped us was awesome and spent a long time trouble shooting and even looked on the internet for ideas. Ultimately we didn't need a repair and their advice helped us resolve the issue. It's great to have somewhere that offers good honest advice. We'll be back and are really grateful for the amazing service from the Woking CEX team.

I had a iPhone 12 red 64 GB, I was wanting to sell it for a couple of days I didn?t get the price I wanted on other websites so I checked Cex and saw that a (A Grade) IPhone 12 64GB Red , unlocked to all networks, would sell for £168 and £217 if I wanted a voucher in return , furthermore I took my phone to cex and they inspected it and said they will give me £135 they also said my phone wasn?t in grade A condition but wouldn?t tell my where the damages were for them not to consider it in grade A condition, I also told him on the website there are 2 options cash or voucher the person behind the counter said the prices you get on our website doesn't reflect our offers in store .
Look at the photos I?ve attached below my phone is unlocked to all networks it?s got 1 SCRATCH on the side of it but apart from that everything works like new and they wouldn?t accept this as grade A but sell the same phone on the shelf in a worse condition for £300
Don?t waste your time going to cex they will just waste your time with the prices

I want to feedback to you regarding this matter.
Although the case has been financially resolved. I feel it important to express my disappointment in how this has been handled from your end.
As you are now aware the handset was a faulty handset.
Cex failed to identify this issue and I had to take it upon myself to prove this to you.
You had my handset for 5 months and had only sent it to motorola 3 weeks ago to be assessed. You then didn't share the vital photographs that showed the fault developing.
The handset was only sent after I started legal action as you incorrectly assumed the device had been damaged.I think an apology and recognition or your poor handling is something that I shouldn't have to ask for.
For a company to offer a two year warranty and treat a customer with such a poor attitude is appalling.
I will make sure that I share my experience with as many people as I can reach via social media and word of mouth.
I have two teenagers at school, they will also be sure to share my experience with their friends.
Please try and improve how you handle future complaints

I sold my ipad at this store in Woking. I was previously advised by a staff I could get over £100. But the guy who tested it only gave £72 and when asked said there were no major issues with the ipad. He wore glasses and had blond grown hair and was one of the staff on 9th Nov evening shift. He took my details to register my on their system and asked for my address and DOB whilst other customers were listening in. He clearly doesn't know what he is doing nor does he have any awareness of maintaining confidentiality.
