Believe the man?s name is Marcus, he was very helpful. Our delivery was damaged and he compensated us very well and rectified the situation and was very polite and apologetic. If there were more companies like this in the world we would be better off.

Brilliant service from John and the team. We had multiple visits, as we weren't sure what we wanted and each time was treated with respect and offered assistance. They provided advice and recommendations, aligned with our designs and we ended up with tiles we really like. Lots of natural light, and plenty of floor space so you can compare tiles. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will be returning. Thanks team (especially Frank!)

Really nice range of tiles with good natural light through the windows to see the colour properly. Excellent customer service and we found all our tiles in one place after visiting 5 other showrooms. Brilliant that they are open on Sundays!
