I had an amazing experience at Card Factory. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient, going above and beyond to help me find the perfect card and gift. Their excellent customer service made my visit enjoyable, and I truly appreciate their kindness. It's always great to see staff who genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend this store!

Unbelievable customer service.
We bought the offer 2 for 3 bags (12 pounds expected for 18 bags). At the till, the lady informed us that we needed one more bag for the offer. We brought another bag. We paid 16. When asked, she told us we had bought 24 bags.
She didn't give us a receipt and we paid via card.
We left quickly as we had an appointment with the opticians next door. We counted the bags and they are 19. When finished, we returned to ask them why we paid for 5 more bags.
They refused to locate the receipt as we weren't the last customers although we had the bank receipt and they didn't bother to help us with our enquiry.
Unbelievable. That's the reason people turn to online shopping.

I went to card factory today, and I asked a woman that worked in there called BECKSIf she could point me into the right direction for a certain card, she was so so rude and unhelpful basically look for it yourself anything you need is all out on display, really not helpful.. when I have been in there before she also has been rude to other people, I was so angry I just walked out of the shop.,,Staff like that are not good for business.., dry unhelpful rude person. Will not go in there again.
