Couldn’t get a drink because it was cash only. Shut down the store if you can’t accept card.?! Also the old lady taking my order was rude

Upon my visit to Woking I popped into Caffe Nero for a Cappuccino. My first visit to this outlet as I usually use my local outlet in Staines-upon-Thames. Tha staff were polite and helpful.
