“I had the most refreshing conversation on the telephone with a member of staff at Jewson's, Woking this morning.After several failed attempts at ordering the goods I needed for delivery through the website, I called to place the order over the 'phone. The member of staff I spoke to (I'm sorry, I didn't take the gentleman's name) was very personable, knowledgeable, straightforward, and gave a refreshingly "old-fashioned" level of service which is, sadly, lacking in today's society.The goods are due to arrive on Friday, so I'm hoping the packing/delivery teams are able to match the very positive experience I've encountered so far.”
