Workers literally were mad we were touching PACKAGED products to see if we wanted them, apparently you can?t do that anymore. Pulling up CCTV even though the only thing you can see is the hate crime that ensued. Embarrassing behaviour from those children working in there

Rude employees won't let you even touch the products to buy them. I was looking for stuff for dinner and they literally told us off for touching or pointing at stuff. Maybe they should put glass up on everything so no one touches

Very poor customer service. I?ve had my Yodel parcel delivered at this shop on April 8th and kept coming back for days, morning and late afternoon but the ?machine? is broken. They said they have reported it and havent had any response from whoever it is. Couldnt even provide a report number as proof they have indeed reported it. I finally returned on April 12th Saturday and spoke directly to a couple who apparently as I was told are the owners. I left my name & contact details as I have to leave and they promised they will keep my parcel until I?m back. Yesterday I received an email notif that my parcel has been collected. Like how???? I am half way around the world for a month long holiday. I have asked a relative to check the parcel yesterday and they are closed until Monday. I?ve read the rest of the reviews and I regret now using their parcel services. Never again!

The staff in this place are beyond rude and barely speak any English. This is quite possibly the worst off license in Woking. They advertise a service of deliveries for InPost, Yodel etc however every time you go in there, they have an excuse as to why they can?t help you. Don?t offer a service you clearly don?t want to provide.

If only there was minus star ratings, these would win by far! Each and every time I have used thier service to drop of or even collect, I have Been met with confrontation,rudeness, and ignorance to name a few, thier customer service does not exist! I hate using this store for parcel services but unfortunately this is my closest, but now I will be walking a further distance just get a better service. If you can.. avoid this shop at all costs.

Completely unacceptable experience. Why are you discussing politics with customers? Just because we?re from the Middle East doesn?t give you the right to cross boundaries and bring up inappropriate topics. Keep the focus on providing good service, not on personal opinions!

Really poor parcel collection. They refuse parcels at will. Won?t take anything bigger than the size of a palm. Ironically have the dimensions written at the front but they refuse to follow. Yodel should remove this shop to avoid people wasting their times

Another lost COLLECT+ package story to add. It?s a shame I have to post this but I tried 3 times to collect and it was a different story each time as to why I couldn?t have my package.
First time ?system was down? another was the seller had shipped it back. There was no apology or explanation of why, just that it?s someone else?s problem and the staff go off to serve other customers mid conversation.
I pushed and was given a telephone number to follow up with the manager but it was never answered.
Never get a package shipped here, it?ll have a high likely hood of not getting to you.

Do not have parcels delivered here. Both times I have tried it there has been issues. I swear they?re stealing them or making up excuses not to give you your parcel so they can keep them.
Plus they?re also incredibly rude. You?re not getting your parcel from them and you?re not getting any help from them to resolve it either.

I don?t know why they have a yodel parcel service. Apparently my parcel was too big.. yodel apparently wouldn?t take it. After arguing with her and putting across the fact he is a delivery driver and the reason she won?t take it is because she doesn?t want it behind the counter she told me to go some where else. Absolutely appalling customer service.

The parcel handling service and customer support were exceptionally poor. This morning, I had a very disappointing experience when I went to drop off my parcel. If they are not committed to providing good service for parcels, they should consider discontinuing this service.
