Consistently poor service. Items are often out of stock and dispensing is slow. It?s shouldn?t take a week to prepare a repeat prescription. Not all staff have a sufficient level of English so it?s sometimes challenging to communicate what you want.I rarely use this pharmacy because it?s so unreliable.

Prescription not ready after a week.Always have to drive there twice in order to collect a prescription.And I am asked if I need my medicine, well, if it was not needed, the doctor wouldn't prescribe it!

We are really happy with the service we receive from the pharmacy. Always so pleasant to me and complete my urgent prescription promptly. Nothing is too much to ask them. Thank you for the support you provide to my family and I with ALL our many prescription we have due to the disability my husband and young son live with. ??

I too have had extreme trouble getting my prescription from my local Boots chemist at Send Medical Centre. I'm visiting the centre 3 to 4 times a week. I have been given codes by the local surgery 3 times to find my prescriptions. Maybe the supermarket is the answer.

Since the new staff have taken over the whole place has gone downhill. 2 weeks to wait for a simple prescription and not communicating properly with customers. Giving out false information about medication and products resulting in hospital having to rectify. GP?s at the surgery even agreeing that it is not running well

I?ve been using this shop for years and the pharmacy team has been great, but in the last few weeks it?s chaos in there. They are asking for 10-14 days to fill a prescription for standard items but the GP online system doesn?t let you order repeat meds that far in advance.Queued for 15 minutes on Thursday morning for new items for my son to be told neither would be ready until at least Monday afternoon, so took prescriptions to Woking branch and they had them ready in 5 minutes.I am lucky I can drive elsewhere, many in the village can?t do that.Sort it out Boots.

I have been to this pharmacy for years now and I?ll admit that I can see an huge improvement since the last team left. At last the place is clean now, dust free and smell nice. The new team is friendly, fun and take the time to explain what?s happening withPharmacy and NHS in giving us the proper informations how to obtain our prescriptions on time. I can see that they are struggling but always take the time to give us a smile and I could just come to hear the funny SwissMan say my name with his lovely accent. Anyway good luck guys we ALL support you. I hope you enjoyed the chocolate I boughtYou, I know it?s a small gesture but was from my heart. Please mister Swiss man don?t judge our English chocolate.

Have to reiterate what other people have said that this Boots seems really chaotic. I have found the staff nice enough. I have just been told though that they need 2 weeks from issue of the repeat prescription from the drs to complete the order. This is absolute madness! Have also had issues in the past where they don't have the right dosage in stock so have ended up taking my prescription elsewhere. After today, I'm changing to another nominated chemist.

absolute shambles complete chaos, que out the door. Finally got to the front and handed over my prescription to be told there too busy, this wont be ready until the end of next week!! ( a week and a halfs time) If this was a product it wouldnt be fit for purpose,Theyve gone from being the best now to the worst in a few months, looks like all the original staff have left.There now seems like theres more staff than ever, waste of time. Ive gone elsewhere!!

Have had exceptional service here for nearly 2 years - but in the last month it seems chaotic and disorganised. Medications unavailable. Prescriptions being advised ready for collection when they are not. Prescriptions being misplaced. Prescriptions taking an eternity to get ready after being sent through from the surgery. Not sure if it's staffing issues, but a little concerning when patients are so reliant on this service.

Not sure what is going on at the moment but David appears to have left and the place is in chaos - service has gone from outstanding to dreadful in a very short space of time. Hope things pick up soon.Further to my comment here from 3 weeks ago - today we have had another misplaced prescription - the last one took nearly 3 weeks from the date of approval by the GP so we are no longer able to tolerate this service. We have used this pharmacy since it opened and would until recently have recommended it to anyone for the excellent and courteous service. Now it is no longer even slightly helpful. i have personally witnessed the distress caused to other customers by not only poor service but the "couldn't care less attitude of the staff" We have just changed our nominated pharmacy and would advise anyone with the ability to get to other places to do so. This place no longer deserves custom. In the interest of fairness I would exclude one member of staff (Hazel, I believe, is her name) she has my sympathy as she fights a losing battle.

This is my local pharmacy. The Pharmacist and staff are incredible. Helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable. Pharmacies offer way more than just prescriptions, make sure to check the services they offer out.

Don?t do repeat prescriptions- you have to call your doctor and arrange them yourself. Haven?t been great on stock and their system seems to be down which means you can?t get prescriptions through. Poor communication in my experience.
