How this place is still going shocks me. It?s unorganised, there are long waits for prescriptions and they hardly ever have the right meds in stock.

Didn't have my repeat prescription item in stock for two whole months. Eventually I asked them to release it and give me the dispensing form so I could go to another pharmacy. Went to another pharmacy who did have it in stock but they couldn't accept the dispensing form as Knaphill hadn't even released it properly. Absolute shambles, go elsewhere.

What a shambles!!
Sent a prescription in through GP 10 days ago. Went to collect my prescriptions only to be told that they don't have the stock. I asked why it wasn't ordered? As of today, we are no longer able to order, came the reply. But you've had it 10 days!! We're behind, came the reply.
This is an absolute disgrace Boots. If you are no longer dispensing prescriptions in your Knaphill branch, at least have the decency to let customers know.

USEFUL INFORMATION TO KNOW BEFORE VISITING. This pharmacy shuts between 1-1.30 each day for lunch. There is no information online to inform visitors of this. The only way you know is from a sign outside the store. I wasted a trip today to find this out.

Rude staff! Called to see if my sons antibiotics were sent and they picked the phone up and back down on me as I said hello then left it off the hook so I couldn?t call again! I?ve seen them so this loads when picking up prescriptions too! Avoid this place
