I was really disappointed with the service given at this dry-cleaners. I bought a second-hand wedding dress that was in great condition and took it in for cleaning at Beacon's. I was charged £225. I came back two weeks later and upon inspecting the dress closely at home found a new stain that I'm sure had not been there before. I returned the dress to Beacon's and after some pretty bad communication, was able to confirm they were going to try to get the stain out. A week later I picked up the dress again. The new stain was almost completely gone and I was happy with that, but again upon closer inspection I found one of the back buttons had fallen off and there was now a loose thread in its place. The loose thread was actually attached to the button below and so had I left it as it was I think more buttons would have started falling off. It was 4 days before my wedding, so I ended up leaving the dress as it was and only tying a knot on the loose thread. To have paid so much money for my dress to have been damaged, have had so much back and forth with the dry-cleaners, and have had so much unnecessary stress right before my wedding is unacceptable in my opinion. I don't recommend bringing your precious wedding dress to this dry-cleaners

They shortened some curtains for me. I wrote down 196cm, they shortened them to 169cm. No apology or even a refund for the dry cleaning cost. Avoid, unless you like a large gap under your curtains.

Absolute 5 Star Service. The staff are really helpful and friendly. They fill you with confidence when leaving your items with them.The dress that I left them with was so dirty after my wedding that I didn't think it would ever look as good as new but it really does.I cannot thank them enough for returning it to me in a better condition than when I received it a week before my wedding (There was a stain on it when I picked it up from the shop and their dry cleaners couldn't get the stain out).

Took my daughters prom dress to be cleaned after it had been sitting in the wardrobe for over a year, with mud, makeup and drink stains on it and came back like new. Fabulous service, friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely incredible service. I had two expensive silk garments that were heavily stained after a party and I thought I?d need to throw them away. But after dry cleaning the garments look good as new!!! Very happy customer x
