Went to Asda at lunch time, and I was told to leave by the blond security woman, she is extremely rude, and I will be back in there tomorrow,to make a complaint about her and the rest of the security team!!,what a complete utter joke they are, I look forward to your response,!!!!!

I do not live very close but have been a few times when I stay with my friend in Ottershaw. This morning I decided to go again from home. What a lovely shop good prices and the staff are amazing ???? 10 out of 10 happy helpful and knowledgeable staff I actually think it?s worth the extra 30 minutes to go there. I will be back often. Thank you Asda Sheerwater you are the best ????????

Had English breakfast and toasted cheese sandwich - breakfast was a 3, toasted cheese sandwich was a generous 2. Staff were over worked and running around like a headless chicken. Had to ask twice for cutlery.

Didnt get the woman at the self checkouts name but she refused to serve me ibruprofen and flu tablets, im pretty ill and she wouldnt serve me as i didnt have id. Im 24 and dont look like a child either. A fellow worker came over and told me it was silly she didnt serve me

Awful place, the 3 kiosk workers were very judgmental looking my partner up and down 7 times thinking she isn?t old enough to drink (she is 35 years old with some grey hairs..) so denied me buying drinks. But if I go shopping with my 8 year old son, I?m allowed to buy it ?

Visited at 8pm on Thursday, lots of empty spaces and limited availability on some essential products; however, that is to be expected. Apart from that, parking is on ground floor, plenty and mostly covered and the store is kept clean.
