Very rude service, unpleasant eyes following you everywhere you go when shopping. Definitely the worst store in Woking. I'd rather walk a few steps further to Aldi.

I love your little shop but with only 3 disabled parking bays, today they was two cars with young people in (not disabled). So it made me go back to outside Aldi and use they bays, so I shopped in Aldi. Not the same please could it be policed a bit better.

Bared me for having an assistant dog and tried to say he attacked another customer when she asked to pet him i told her yes but let him come to you she still put her had out so he jumped up to get a stroke he scratched her arm ( accidentally obviously) and they made a whole scene about nothing tried to have police involved and everything absolutely discusted with the staff there and lying to police also not on at all he was still young and in training as his patches clearly stated not on at all and to be honest I wish I'd known as much about the 2010 equality act as I would definitely persuade it civilly.

Deliberate price manipulation
I have now been conned out of price mismatch?s around 15 times from this 1 Asda store alone this year. They deliberately stock all items on the wrong shelf or move the labels around accidentally so the customers think the price is significantly cheaper. You will often find there hot items on sale scan at non sale prices also when you get to the till. When you show this to the customer service staff they will take 10 minutes to send a member of staff to double check. After they confirm you are correct they will only then return the difference.
1) why should customers have to correct the staff
2) why is no compensation offered
3) I?m only posting this review as I went back several hours later and then 2 days later and the price is still the same. They have a shelf full of £5.50 code advertised as under £3. They are deliberately misleading and tricking their customers into purchasing over priced goods.

Additionally, many of these employees display a lack of customer service skills and professionalism. Their attitude often makes customers feel unwelcome, as if the store is their personal business rather than a supermarket serving the public. I have also noticed that many people in Woking avoid shopping at this location due to these issues, and I frequently hear negative feedback about the store from other local residents.

Asda is selling Avocados, Grapefruit, Sabra Hummus, Radish, Yarden Houmous, Dates, Tahini, Little Angel (blue pack) , Asda?s own cleaning wipes and many other items from Israel. Please read check the label before you buy anything from Asda.

It's ok, but can sometimes be a bit limited on choice however is it a smaller store and I prefer the bigger branch at sheerwater.
