This review is ONLY for the optical department of this ASDA STORE. The store itself leaves a lot to be desired. But the staff of the optical section are professional and most helpful and are a credit to ASDA. The choice of frames available is very good and the overall price is very competitive with the other well known High Street brands. I ended up paying just under half the price I was quoted by Spec Savers who I have always used in the passed. WELL DONE ASDA FROM A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.

The service I received from Anu and Jaymeet was exceptional. I usually find eye tests stressful. They put me at ease and the actual eye test was pleasure compared to previous experiences elsewhere. They were both very CV-19 aware and I felt safe throughout my visit. There was a good selection of value for money glasses. Thank you both.

My optician Mohammed Basith was really lovely and helpful - a very pleasant and professional appointment! The whole experience was really relaxed and easy compared to other opticians.

I had the best eye test I?ve had in the last ten years. Care was taken to double check the change in prescription and to explain the changes to me. The range of frames available and the cost were excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending the optician service in the Sheerwater store. Happy Christmas to all the staff.
