The customer service here has really gone downhill since i last visited since i am (now was) a regular customer. Two Staff members were rude and ignored me. Heard one member of staff say something rude to me under his breath because he had to stop what he was doing to serve me.
Won't bother with Argos next time, ill just use Amazon.

Iris, the manager in charge is the reason people order online and not pick ups. She's rude, she raises her voice to be heared through the store and she's honestly just a condescending, never satisfied woman. I'd rather travel more than to ever come in to this store

I ordered online and when I picked up the items I asked the lad to help me with taking the stuff to my car, he rudely ignored me. Luckily a lovely young girl on the desk helped me. Shame on him.

Bought pillows. They won?t let return the same day because the packaging was tore even when that?s the only way they could be taken out.

I ordered and payed a sofa on august the 31st and my delivery was scheduled for October the 17th. Delivery didn?t happen and I didn?t get any notification by text or email about delay. Contacted customer service online they said ?your Next delivery scheduled for 1st of November? . I ended up cancelling Order and asking for refund in store. Good will for mistake was offered from cs but only once item will have been delivered. 2 months waiting for nothing and also 1 week without sofa as I arranged collection for the previous one. Not anymore the place it use to be.

Umar went above and beyond. Very helpful and accommodating. Personally making sure i was happy with what i was buying and showing me different options. He is a credit to the store!
