This type of outlet service is the reason why all of my purchases are made on line.Having produced my driving license and passed all security questions to obtain a replacement sim for my faulty one the shop assistant demanded to take a copy of my driving license as it might be a forgery.When I declined to allow her to remove my driving license from the desk to the rear of the premised she stated that she would enter that I refused to produce a valid id.She then went on to a rave on irrelevant legal issues I informed her that she should call customer services who could verify my identity with the 4 pin security number she declined to do so and ORDERED ME TO LEAVE HER STORE....having made an additional call to Vodafone a replacement sim has been dispatched to me

I will only give 2 stars to the girl who tried to help us....problem with partners phone with inverted colour. They told us phone was on its last legs so we ordered a new one. We were told 2 days ....phone arrived on the Friday. So we cancelled went to Car phone warehouse they corrected the old phone got us a new one which should have taken 2 days only took 1 . Will never use them again ever and now gone to O2 as vodaphone put there Bill up by 24 to 55 because we came out of contract

Contrary to what was stated previously - this team is amazing! I walked in simply asking for some help to solve an issue with my Maltese Vodafone simcard. The whole team tried to help but Alex truly went out of his way to help me out going well beyond what one would exoect! You are truly an asset to your company... Keep up the great work!
