I must take this moment to personally thank Barbara who was very helpful in helping me from the start to the end; selecting frames and different lens and giving advice on maintenance of my glasses. I do take my time when selecting frames especially since I'm very picky so i admire her patience!

The staff here are nice and friendly and the parking is easy.But the company are not good.In covid they lost my glasses and after 6 months they admitted liability and replaced them.Now I gave them a second chance, so went back, as the staff are nice, and I ordered a new pair of reading glasses. I got a text on Thursday to say they were ready to collect so I drove from Worthing to collect Saturday morning but when they got the glasses they were the correct prescription but totally the wrong frames. They said sorry they would order the correct ones and that I could use the wrong ones in the meantime. I drove back to Worthing then they phoned 3 times to say the head office said they wouldn't make up the correct ones untill I returned the wrong ones. The head office is not being fair its their mistake so they have to make things right without causing trouble.Be careful if you go to Vision Express they make a lot of mistakes.

Very concise eye test and clear explanation of what was found. Now need to find a suitable frame as the modern designs just don't suit my taste.
