Fantastic shoe repair by Perry at 3 Elmgrove Road, Weybridge. He repaired and modified the soles and heel of 3 pairs of boots at high standards at a reasonable cost. The highlight was the broken heel of my green/black tall boot that he repaired for GBP 15.00 while at Timpson Addlestone (at Tesco) I was offered a complex repair scenario at a minimum cost of GBP 80. Not all Timpsons are the same and while I will never go back to the Addlestone shop I highly reccomend the Elmgrove Road shop in Weybridge as long as Perry works there.

Never had a bad experience at Timpson, and my last visit was no exception. Will's service was amazing. He was so incredibly helpful and he went above and beyond to solve the problem at hand despite an incredibly busy time in a very small shop.

I really donâ??t like to give out bad reviews however I was left very disappointed when after 3 separate attempts my copied key still wasnâ??t working. The guy at the shop was nice and all but as a result of having to go back and forth for days I lost way too much time.

I've used them to maintain 6 pairs of shoes for many years and the service has always been fine. However recently I wanted some rubber soles glued on a pair and was quoted £26.95. This turned out to be for soles and heels, but the heels on mine were fine. There wasn't an option to have just the soles done as it is "no longer economical to do" even though I had the heels only done on another pair last week. I imagine this wasn't the shop assistants decision, but I cant imagine it is more economical to turn away £150+/year of income. I walked down the road to an independent cobbler who did the job for £15 and I know where I'll be going in the future!
