After having a horrendous 2 years with the only other pharmacy (Boots) on the Weybridge High Street - we decided to give The Pharmacy a try. We haven?t looked back since. Soooooo much better than Boots. They?re friendly, responsive and when they say they?ll order the medicine, they genuinely do and we don?t need to chase. We have had a troubled time with our twin daughters since they were born in June in this year - and so we often need repeat medication that always needs to be ordered in. And to their credit The Pharmacy always follows through. And the most awesome thing; they always answer the phone so you don?t need to drive to their premises to be updated.People complain about waiting times - but at the end of the day, this is expected of pharmacies within the NHs framework. I don?t mind waiting when things are actually getting done! Thank you to all at The Pharmacy ! Would recommend as preferred pharmacy on the Weybridge High Streer.

The staff on the weekend are really inexperienced and not educated. I asked if the chemist offer cholesterol tests and one of them said ?never heard of that? and that?s it. No offer of advice or signposting which is what pharmacies are supposed to do. It?s really naive and uneducated. Evens Boots staff that aren?t pharmacists know what they are.

Long waiting times for medication then unprepared when you go to collect hence frequently long queues.Twice was told I couldn?t get my prescription. First time because my GP hadn?t set it up as a repeat, which my GP denied and second time because there was a national shortage. When I asked for my prescription to go elsewhere they promptly went into the back and got it for me!Have been given the wrong medication on two occasions.Used to be excellent but that hasn?t been my experience for sometime now which is a shame. Maybe they?re simply overstretched.

Really helpful can not say thank you enough. Came in for mouthwash on prescription from my dentist re post throat cancer treatment. Apparently this was not available anywhere. I had tried Tesco Boots Lloyds not available not interested. Not available here either but the pharmacist took the time to locate some locally . Big thank you ?

This has to be the worst pharmacy to get your prescriptions from. You wait for ages to receive your order. When you phone the pharmacy never answers and the staff are rude and not interested. The pharmacy itself is filthy. It is disorganised and with boxes and packets lying all over its a no wonder they are constantly in a mess.
