Exceptional service and friendly staff. Pharmacist took time to listen to problem, was extremely helpful with a advice and explained options and complex dosage patiently. Very glad I stumbled upon this little pharmacy, will drive there next time I have a problem.

drove to five different pharmacies and none were able to help me get a specific medication I urgently needed for my back pain. I then called this pharmacy, and Dani immediately offered assistance. She went above and beyond, even offering for me to come in before they closed(30min window) so I could finally get some relief. She sorted everything quickly and with such kindness. I can?t thank her enough?highly recommend this place!

Never has Keppra (Levetiracetam) in stock. I?ve been on this prescription for 6 months and they?ve never had enough tablets for me? I?ve even specified to have them reserved and tried to call them to check - call just bleeps.

My first experience was not the best. I was not treated properly. I didn't see where the counter. The lady wasn't very good in her tone and I felt embarrassed. Atleast she could be kind and patient.

Parking would have been more difficult although I visited as it was my nearest late opening pharmacy, rang to confirm products were available and they were fantastic on both occasions.

5 stars is not enough for this wonderful place. I've been in pain for nearly 2 weeks and have been unable to leave the house. I called the Pharmacy on Tuesday and a lovely lady delivered my prescription on Wednesday. Unfortunately, it wasn't helping my pain and I had to call my GP again today (Friday) and was prescribed something else.
When I called the Pharmacy the lady who answered told me there were no drivers and it would now be Monday. I burst into tears, the constant pain has broken me down so much. The wonderful woman I spoke to could clearly tell the medication was much needed and after looking up my address very, very kindly offered her son who was working there to walk it round to me.
He was so polite and I am incredibly grateful to them both. Absolute stars that went above and beyond. Thank you so very much ?

It is a small shop but it?s very very popular in weybridge . The best time to visit is off peak when it?s less busy . If you use the nhs apps to order your prescriptions in plenty of time they will have items in stock . Remember there are drug shortages nationwide at the moment before complaining.

Often quite busy but that's for a reason- the staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They will go the extra mile to help if they can.

Useless! They never have the right medicines on my repeat prescription, every single month there is something missing and they make no attempt to get what I'm missing before I run out, leaving me dangerously at risk. Surely if they have the prescription, it's the same every month, they should make sure that the items are in stock? I really don't understand what's going on in this place!!!

Decided to try this pharmacy instead of boots today based on a recommendation but left really disappointed. The pharmacist wouldn?t give me any time or talk to me properly whilst seeking help for my baby, just directed me to the NHS website whilst walking away. Ironically the NHS website directs me to talk to a pharmacist for some advice on what to give him. It?s a Sunday evening, so it?s now difficult to get anywhere else for proper advice whilst my child is struggling
