This relates to the cafe only. Yesterday me my daughter and 2 little grandchildren went to Brooklands cafe for lunch. Kids eat free which is amazing. My daughter took her sandwich back because the under neath was heavily mouldy. Not just a bit but the whole underneath. Monday morning - so how long had it been there?! She took it back and they said to come back for the refund when she was leaving. The service was painfully slow - obviously something wrong in staff numbers or equipment not working - lots of people getting cross. They then would only give her £4 cash back and wouldn?t transfer to the credit card she had paid on.
Final straw was the totally disgusting toilets. The toilet brush stand in the left hand WC was badly broken with the brush and contents in the stand repulsive. Pop down to the store and replace for £1 please! The tap in same toilet not working.
My daughter caught the manager on the way out who explained the supervisor was on mat leave so no one around to manage the cafe. Oh well that?s ok then ! Unbelievable and in my view grounds to shut it down.

Shopping fine young girl on self checkout very friendly, had a big concern when went to toilet. Was waiting for empty cubicle when a man walked in i asked what he wanted, he said ok and kept looking round. Then i realised he was a cleaner no identification on him. In this day and age with women getting attacked he should identify himself better. I felt quite uneasy ?

We had a lovely experience with cashier lady Suzanne Hicks today. She tried my wife's old clubcard without success several times. Eventually we proceeded without using it. Suzanne carefully checked the final receipt and pointed out that we could have saved more than £20 with a card. She convinced us to download the app, put in the receipt ourselves and then reclaim the amount at customer service. We got the money back there and then. Thanks Suzanne!

Cafe poor service and food, no table service dirty tables and rude staff, she even came to my table to tell me to collect my drink from the counter, why didn?t she just bring the drink, or even bring the drink with my food, it makes me appreciate my local Tesco (hucknall)
Great food and service ,,,,,I eat at Tesco cafe 4 times a week.

Shout out to Dave - a member of staff at Tesco's Brooklands (was in the fruit & veg area). My son is 21 and has global developmental delay, autism, epilepsy and cerebral palsy. He has very limited speech but LOVES communicating with others. This morning he was helping me with my shopping and stopped to talk to Dave. Straight away the response was not one of shock horror and how do I respond to this young adult with needs but COMPLETE openness and did not show a single sign of awkwardness talking to a young adult who has limited understanding of personal space and also has a very different approach to communication. Dave was engaging, smiley, very chatty and welcomed my son as someone he WANTED to chat to and made him feel important and valued. Not only does this help my son immensely in society and make him happy to be able to communicate with others but as a proud Mum of a lad with needs to see him communicating and being appreciated and valued completely warms my heart. I have never written a review for Tesco's but felt compelled to do so as I wanted to say DAVE YOU ARE A SUPERSTAR LOVELY MAN....and thank you for being so lovely to my lovely son today. You have made 2 people very happy. Hope he brought a smile to your face too.

Management teams not helpful and they don?t care about what you need or help. Toilet so filthy broken glass on the floor without any sign.

I can?t say everything is bad but their fresh peppers are always mouldy and in date by about a week. Money wasted and straight in the bin.

Some staff are rude. A lot of food items taken off shelf. Prices are going up and up. Young dot com staff constantly chatting or on there phones. Gone down hill a lot.

I agreed with the other customer on previous comments
They security guy is very rude and I do understand they need to do the job and keep the store safe but not make customers uncomfortable and embarrassed!!!
I was witness as the security guy has alarm in his hand and gone through the door and stopped a few customers to check their bag
That is disrespectful and disgusting!!! Also this cause crowd for other customers who already want to leave store !!!
I guess the store manager in this store doesn?t care and not vaulting customers and not good training how to deal with situations!!
Never seen a security make fake an alarm by exit !!!!
