I phoned them tonight Saturday 16/10 as I had a query about some scalp lotion for my psoriasis.The included leaflet did not say how long you are meant to leave it on for.The lady that I spoke to quickly checked her details of it for me .She came back to me within a few minutes and explained everything that I have to do with the lotion.She was extremely helpful and answered all my questions concerning the lotion. She well and truly deserves the 5 stars that I have given her. If there were more stars she would get them.Well done and thank you so much Tesco Pharmacy.

Horrific incompetent and rude service. Five 1 ?? reviews from five reviews. That should be enough to close the place.You only need to read on if you are a change-maker for this kindergarten kiosk.Clearly the staff don't want to work. It is also clear that Tesco has zero interest (like the zero number of stars I want to post) in managing this car wreck of a so called pharmacy. I placed a prescription on a Wednesday. I was promised a phone call after the deliveries by midday on Thursday. No phone call. I went to the store. I asked for my prescription. After a looooong time of fiddling in the store cupboard I was offered the gastro-resistant capsules, as I was when I initially dropped off the prescription the evening before. I asked why they felt compelled to offer one drug without the problematic stomach lining affecting drug. Answer? "it's in stock". I pointed out that this would break the prescription, making it appear that they had completed the order without providing both drugs. I was told that they would have the drugs later on Thursday and would phone through to confirm. No mention of the texting service that was displayed. No phone call. I phoned at 21H30 Thursday evening. The locum pharmacist couldn't find my prescription nor the one drug they did have earlier. It seems losing drugs is acceptable if you are a 'locum'. I explained that having been in pain for 24 hours more than necessary now would like to go elsewhere. This was clearly agreed with the 'locum'. On the Friday morning I went elsewhere to be told that the prescription was still "on hold" at Tesco's and would need to be released by them before anywhere else could help me or my pain.If you have read this far and know any change-makers associated with this carnage please outline the measures that will be put in place to address the facade that is this "pharmacy"P.S. Drive to Sainsbury's in nearby Cobham for a chalk and cheese infinitely improved pharmacy experience.

I was a Tesco long time customer all ways by delivery but when the the pandemic struck was unable to get delivery's unless I paid a premium of over £4 even though i was classed as extremely clinically vulnerable and used to paying a nominal £1 I asked Tesco's about this on more than one occasion but never received an answer so have been using Sainsburys who have kept there delivery at a pound in the war this would have been called gouging like they weren't making enough of a profit that they did this too the old and disable ?

I am 64 and like my 94 years young Father we used this Tesco's a lot as I am a local and Disabled but in the Last 6 months they have decided to shut off the Exit half way down the car park where the disabled parking is so making everyone walk all the way down to the far exit and then back again to the parking as my legs get very painful this has become a nightmare, so I no longer use this store all because this Exit has been shut off to save money of having a security guard manning it I am sure many other people feel the same way.
