I'll be honest with you. This Starbucks feels like a cross between a dentist's office and the refrigerated aisles of a supermarket, with the added disappointment of being served a bad and lukewarm coffee. Do yourself a favor and pop next door to Gail?s to grab some bread instead.

Why spend good money upgrading the store if you don?t manage the place properly. 11 tables had cups and debris on them (which is about half the available tables) and there were only two customers in the store. The tables weren?t cleared the whole time I was there, staff not busy but chatting. For a brand new store I can?t believe how poorly this is being kept. It would?ve take moments to clear the tables and made the whole customer experience so much better. Disappointed.

No proper barista-made coffees, this one has a bean-to-cup machine. Not great ambiance, some tables not cleaned despite it being quiet. Blond roast wasn?t available. Shop looking tired. Staff were friendly though.

Dirty, old and slow serviceI can appreciate this Starbucks has been in Weybridge for as long as I can remember but it is poorly kept and simply dirty: floor is sticky, couches dusty and with staines, even the counter looks dirty.The menu doesn't list all products (frapucinnos for example) and the cake selection was the sorriest I saw in a long time, in fact not sure you could call them "cakes".I waited for what seemed like 10 min for a lady to put an order through even though there were 2 people serving. In the end I gave up..and unlikely I will return unless desperate.

I have visited this store twice now and each time they did not have any drip/filter coffee ready to go. They offer to start some but it would take about 10 minutes. If I had the time at those moments, then yes but I was stopping in on my way somewhere else. A bit disappointing.

Nice coffee ( was served with lots of dribbles down the side)and cheese twist, ( I had to ask the server twice for this, she forgot to give it to me),shame about the floor and tables, could do with a good clean.

Excellent service. As a disabled customer I will frequently struggle taking my order to a table, (as Starbucks & other similar outlets on the High Street take your order & payment at one point and then make your drink at another point and you then take your order to where you wish to sit) however the person who took my order was excellent very professional and helpful and informed me that if I would like to go and take a seat she would bring my coffee over to me as soon as it was made.

Staff were somewhat friendly, but there was a distinct lact of service, where me and my aunt were waiting for another 7 mins after two more people had ordered.Unfortunately I think the panini - which contained chicken, pepper and cheese - was undercooked leading to me being violently sick later on upon arrival home. As a whole Starbucks is reasonably good when it comes to food, but it will be a long while until I trust them enough to try another bite again.
