Very arrogant and rude till staff on Wednesday 14.05.25, my husband had paid for the car wash and as there was a problem with it starting, I came back to request the only staff at that time to come and help. A number of times he said ?use your head? gesturing with his hand as he was serving someone.
When he finally came out he insisted we come back tomorrow and speak to the manager as the machine was broken, we refused and on closer inspection there was an actual problem with the way the machine was setup which he finally resolved.
Really bad customer service and attitude.

Absolutely disappointed with the car wash and the service.
I paid for the platinum wash at Karcher, expecting a thorough clean, but it barely touched my car. When it finished, the windows were still filthy, and the lower side panels hadn?t been cleaned at all. I pointed this out to a staff member, who told me I could get a refund. But when I went to the cashier, he refused and said I needed to file a complaint instead. I ended up wasting nearly an hour going back and forth with no resolution. As someone who regularly uses Shell for fuel and AdBlue, I?m extremely let down by how poorly I was treated. I won?t be returning.

Firstly the petrol is on average 10p a litre more here than anywhere I could see. Car Vac 90% of the time out of use. Car wash 60% of the time out of use.

Very disappointed the car vacuum has been out of order for more than a year now the car wash is not functional. Does she?ll not have any standards or a performance check on any of its garages!

Don?t use the car wash at shell garages and don?t trust this company. My back windscreen wiper was ripped off in the car wash. I was told my the employee that it is not the 1st time. I put in my complaint / claim and was asked to get 2 quotes, which I did. Now Shell complaints team have stopped responding and are ignoring my emails. I am getting no response!

Polite staff and good service, they are open all hours and have to deal with drunks on the way back from the town centre, the only time I've not got served was at 2am when the clerk picked up some rubbish off the forecourt only to realise he'd locked himself out of the store.

Very disappointed with the customer service at this garage.First bad experience I had was when me and a friend wanted to buy something from the night counter at around 11:30pm. As we approached, the man working repeatedly told us to go away and aggressively shoo?d us away with his hands. It all happened very fast and we were left feeling really uncomfortable.The second experience happened when we went to the garage around 12:30 and asked to use the toilet (which I think is meant to be 24 hrs). The same man as before rudely said no and gave no explanation.The experience we?ve had with this employee has made us too uncomfortable to return.
