I wanted to buy a large latte from the Costa machine but I was not served because it was 5 a.m. At other petrol station night staff make the coffee and give it to the night kiosk.

Standard Shell offer. But the interesting fact about this location is that the original Garage on this site was owned and run by Brooklands Motorcycle racer Eric Fernihough.

Shocking customer service! Generally unfriendly, a couple of staff particularly who don?t respond even when you talk to them! It?s one of my locals so it?s not a one off and given how much I pay Shell each year I expect something better and people that understand English!

Worst service I ever had in shell pump. Night duty guy was rude. After filling up my fuel I was waiting on counter to pay for a fuel. He saw me and started mopping the floor. I asked him to serve me first and he started getting rude to me.

Be careful !!! You can't fill up even ONE 5 liter petrol can here, the cashier won't let you. He closed the pump on me. That's how I went. No gasoline, no mowing!!! +And the most expensive meal deal at shell gas stations is 6 pounds. I buy it elsewhere everyday for £3.60.

Don?t use the car wash at shell garages and don?t trust this company. My back windscreen wiper was ripped off in the car wash. I was told my the employee that it is not the 1st time. I put in my complaint / claim and was asked to get 2 quotes, which I did. Now Shell complaints team have stopped responding and are ignoring my emails. I am getting no response!

Perfect for stopping off and refueling for work . If you drive a hgv and are under 3.9 meters then this is ideal

I came to this station on Sunday morning around 11am and wanted to purchase some fire logs. The Asian man at the till helped me a lot this morning and I am ever so thankful for all his advice. He helped a lot with finding the logs and volunteered to lift them into my car but I brought my grandson with me to help with the lifting. I really appreciate this mans kindness and great service. Thank you very much again.

Excellent service under extreme circumstances! Staff very efficient and directed traffic onto the forecourts and pumps and even fueled vehicles for customers. Minimal queuing outside on Brooklands Road as a result.
