I wanted to buy a large latte from the Costa machine but I was not served because it was 5 a.m. At other petrol station night staff make the coffee and give it to the night kiosk.

Shocking customer service! Generally unfriendly, a couple of staff particularly who don’t respond even when you talk to them! It’s one of my locals so it’s not a one off and given how much I pay Shell each year I expect something better and people that understand English!
