Have been a trade member since they opened very competitive prices, some of the material quality could do with improvement and being such a large company they have put a lot of the small building merchant's out of business

Materials as in wood are absolutely shocking massive variety of products always got plenty of stock in and staff are all friendly enough and if they don't know they will out for you . Tills are always a massive problem not enough on them .

I needed decorative wood to create a frame for a small DIY project. Josh went above and beyond to help source the various items and even cut the wood to size. Great service all around! All staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

I drove my Ferrari to Selco in Weybridge/ Brooklands and l was shocked with lack of costumer service l received. I took pictures of the kitchen tiles l wanted and l was happy to find what l was looking for but unfortunately the assistant refused to come and help me see if my full order would be in stock. I had my measurements and also wanted to know how many boxes l would need. The assistant said that someone would come and assist me and l waited and waited but no one came. I was applaud with such poor customer service.l own over 20 properties and l have always gone to Selco or B& Q but never have l experienced such poor customer service.
Please can you provide training for your staff so that other customers don?t experience this poor customer service.

Great prices and fantastic customer service. The service I received was 5/5 and great product range with plenty of options in store. The manager and staff take care of their customers and nothing is too much. Local delivery was swift and minor issues were resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. Well done Selco Weybridge.
