Was a quiet lunchtime so not much 'atmosphere' but food great and staff very helpful and attentive.

Ordered food for delivery and the the pizza was slopped all over the place, hardly any cheese, some parts were bare and it looked like it had been thrown together buy a child.
The pasta dish was even worse, cold, and looked like someone had thrown a tiny bit of chicken and chorizo though a minser with a bit of tomato sauce, another dish with no care or love. Spoke to the manager and is option was i spend more money and order via a different app telling me justeat are know for delivering cold food. All he seem to do was pass the buck and then offer a desert and drink as compensation. He had no intention of sorting the problem and has left us hungry and very unhappy.
Save your money and do not use this restaurant!

Not enough staff. Had to flag down staff to order our food. Then had to flag down a staff member to order more drinks. Food took ages to come and one of our starters was missing. Then took ages for them to bring the dessert menu and then ages to ask if we wanted anything. By that point all our drinks were finished so we didn?t bother ordering dessert as we didn?t know how long it would take.
The food we did have was hot fresh, tasted nice and was well presented. Just a shame it took so long and that an item was missing. The staff were polite and friendly when they spoke to you. The always seemed to be busy so it was difficult to get their attention and they didn?t come over to the table very often. Think I will try going to Walton or Windsor next time in the hope that they have more staff.

Awful. More than 2 hrs wait. Over 15 Uber drivers canceled because order wasn't ready. When I call pizza express I'm being told might be 20 mins(after more than 2 hrs wait) but at the same time I been recommended to cancel my order because kitchen is packed tonight. Never order from them again. It happened before but this time learnt the lesson. Awful.

Gets very busy at peak times, short staffed, food can be excellent, but waiting time can be long. Icy cold drafts near front door, take warm clothes and thick trousers in winter.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Pizza Express. After finishing our meal, we waited a staggering 30 minutes for the bill, even after asking multiple times. The service was beyond unacceptable.
To make matters worse, they redeemed my voucher without informing me. I only realized this when I got home, which felt very dishonest and unprofessional. I was hoping for a nice meal out but left feeling frustrated and let down. I won?t be returning anytime soon.

Where to even begin! We took our two week old daughter out for the first time for a lunch at the Weybridge Pizza Express. The staff were awesome straight away and asked questions about our little one. The food was phenomenal. The service was so quick and friendly. At the end of our meal, we were presented with a Receipt saying our meal had been covered by the staff!! Unbelievable, such kindness from all 3 of the wonderful staff members and a memory that will live for a long time. Thankyou team, you made our day.
