Yesterday I popped into Oxfam to look at DVD and I was greeted by Robert, a young chap who was working behind the till. My 5 star review is really for him, it has been along time since I have met such a pleasant and enthusiastic person.No purchase was made, on this occasion, but Robert really did brighten up my day, and I would like to thank him for that.
