Fabulous shop! I absolutely love all things Neptune and in the Weybridge store, staff go the extra mile. I recently attended a mood board workshop and can 100% highly recommend Home Designer, Natalie Walker-Fifield. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and excellent at understand my home decor needs.

We love Neptune products and are slowly refurbishing our home with their beautiful furniture. Weybridge is our nearest store, and we can?t praise the quality of their service enough. The staff are friendly, helpful and resourceful. Thank you Chris, Paul and the team!

I needed to touch up a wall unit but couldn?t remember the colour! I took a picture in natural daylight and emailed the picture to Suzy in the Weybridge store, they replied ?Limestone Eggshell?. Purchased the Tester that was more than enough, job done! Perfect match many thanks for your kind assistance !! ?

I want to make the biggest thank you to Kevin and Paul the delivery men for Neptune , from a Farnham delivery . Note to head office and all the big bosses at Neptune . These two amazing men went way and beyond to make sure my sofa got in to my apartment . They were polite kind and very very accommodating. Any normal delivery men would of given up as the staircase was to tight they mionovered the heaviest corner sofa way high up ?? and above the whole banister and over as it couldn?t get to the actual staircase . I?m so grateful to these two guys , and wanted it noted that anyone else would have said no and the sofa returned . Than you Paul and Kevin as I have a sofa ?? I?m my flat all thanks to you both . Everyday I?m so grateful . You both absolutly made it happen . Forever grateful , thank you x a billion .

The most beautiful store you will ever step foot in. I cannot recommend Neptune Weybridge enough- from the moment you enter you are surrounded by the most divine room set ups. Each one is styled to perfection & the customer service I have received each time I have shopped there has been above & beyond. Thank you.

If 0 stars was an option, this outfit would thoroughly deserve it. We ordered a TV cabinet with the white glove service. Firstly, the delivery driver refused to carry it into the house, secondly when he eventually did he managed to scratch all the walls along the way of our freshly renovated house. Then he refused to take it out of the box or assemble it. Shocking service - would never order anything from this company again. It?s expensive and terrible service throughout the whole journey!

Went into neptune weybridge to look for a 60th birthday present for our friend. We are not shoppers but can always rely on neptune. Bought a beautiful candle and dome. It was wrapped it up beautifully for us and we can?t wait to hand over the gift. Great place, with professional and warm staff. It doesn?t matter if there are people there buying furniture for thousands or people like us going in for small bits, everyone gets the same service.

Amazing...the young woman that served myself and my sister was extremely helpful her level of customer service was a breath of fresh air ..not only was she very helpful she was polite and paid so much attention to us it was a joy to be shopping in what is one of the most beautiful shops I have been in..great work keep it up ..5 stars was not enough to rate your staff Michelle
