Had an online shop via deliveroo last night. I'm guessing the pickers are Morrisons staff. Asked for replacements but the beer and wine got binned off the order stating no alternatives. This is one of the biggest booze aisles in the area so there would have been alternatives. Got refunded for the booze but made to pay 8 pounds for service, delivery and a paper bag for a couple of packs of crisps and some chocolate. Tried to cancel and deliveroo attempted to call the shop with no answer. Very poor service and I won't be shopping here again

I received a terrible service today. I paid cash for my shopping at self checkout and I got my change with several small coins so I went to the lottery counter to buy a lottery. Lottery was £1.50 and I gave 2 pound coin and rest of them small coins. I told the lady to give me 1 pound coin back and she refused to give me one pound kept argued with me and blamed me for giving her 2 pound coin. This is totally unacceptable customer Service was really bad

Militant bag policy - either they don?t have any or they?re being held captive by the checkout staff. Just put the damn bags by the tills! I had to stand there for nearly 10 minutes before anyone was around to ask for one and when I finally got one it was paper and tore. Yet I was still charged the same as for a bag for life! Not on!

Went yesterday for breakfast early no one to serve so had to find someone.
Food was cold and awful service was just as bad.

I spent 2-hours and 2-minutes here on the 2nd of January taking my family with me for our weekly shop and we also visited their cafe for lunch. I know we spent 2-hours and 2-minutes there because we have since received a £120 parking fine for spending longer than 90-minutes in their car park. Is 90-minutes long enough for a big shop and lunch for a family in a cafe that's short-staffed where they took half an hour to serve us lunch? I do feel £120 is a disgusting fine, all things considered. My appeal to the parking charge was dismissed. I will never go to Morrisons again and I would urge everyone reading this to go to one of the other supermarkets where you generally get 3-hours free parking. Truly astonished that Morrisons have robbed me of £120 for being their customer.

Well stocked supermarket. 90 min free parking at ground level. Lift to store. All undercover . Good selection of cutflowers and plants but they could look after them better! Small clothes section good children's and baby clothes. Cafe can be a bit variable - often have to go round the side to kitchen hatch to attract attention! All day breakfast hearty and good value. Often have offers (eg kids eat free) but wise to check before you go if planning family meal. Closes early (5pm) compared to store which is a pity - even if they just served tea and coffee after this time it would be appreciated.
Chairs and table at back of store for those that need a rest (store is large). Mobility shopping scooters provided on request. If you are disabled and take longer to shop or combine shop with meal in café you can enter your car registration on screen at customer service desk to avoid parking charges.
Store very quiet in evenings but you may have to use self checkouts. Pleasant helpful staff if you find this difficult.

The Costa here is always 3/4 full. A large will fit in a regular so it's not good value.
