They have consistently provided lackluster service, being reactive instead of proactive. The performance of my original consultant was so poor that he was replaced mid-year with one of the firm's partners. Unfortunately even that made little difference and in the end, they have taken in excess of a year to close my limited company (and it is still not closed) and they failed to alert me to a corporation tax shortfall which I only found out after calling HMRC myself. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend these accountants to anyone.
