Order arrived OUTSIDE THE DELIVERY WINDOW (at 8:51am rather than after 9:30am as the company claims below) and despite their having confirmed in writing multiple times that I would receive an hour and a half notice, such that my contractor could be on site to help when it arrived. Forgive me if leaving a woman alone to handle a kerbside delivery of 220 kilos of tiles and a massive pallet impossible to dispose of in central London is a little more than an "inconvenience". That they outsource to an external company is not my problem if they have made a commitment regarding the deliveryAlso be wary of end-of-stock lots -- the casting was very uneven, which my tiler confirmed is substandard even for an "antique" finish

We are in the process of renovating the bathroom in our flat and I can only say good things about our experience at Mandarin Stone. We have visited several times in our process of tile selection and the helpful advice we have received has enabled us to quickly decide on the right tiles for the job. Both Brendan and Imogen have helped us and their cheerful attitude and knowledgeable advice is outstanding.

My wife & I visited the Weybridge showroom twice, with the second visit helped by Brendan, the Manager, to get exactly what we wanted.Not only was he incredibly friendly & courteous but gave us his professional input to complete our purchase.The whole transaction, including pre-arranging the delivery through Josh, was hassle free and done with ease. The team at Tunbridge Wells have been incredible! Their level of customer service, communication and general support has been outstanding and we love all the tiles we have purchased. We have renovated a whole house and tiled 70% of the ground floor and all 4 of the bathrooms with Mandarin Stone tiles. This was a large task to take on as we weren't living in the house and had to try to visualise our ideas as well as consider the practicalities of the tiles and our future plans for the patio to also be considered. The staff at Mandarin Stone have helped us from start to finish. From listening to my thoughts and ideas and helping come up with fresh ideas for the bathrooms (which all look amazing). Being given large samples was also really helpful. I felt the staff understood what I wanted to achieve but were never pushy. At one point we were a tile short and a member of the team dropped it off on their way to work to avoid any hold ups and delivery costs. All deliveries were on time and we had no damaged tiles. I would highly recommend M/Stone and enjoy the "wow" we get in our cloakroom whenever someone goes in there. One of the best decisions we made.

We used Mandarin Stone about 4 years ago when we did some initial refurbishment on a bathroom and had forgotten how good their customer service was when we went back for our current project! Brendan was still there and still helpful as ever. He's provided outstanding customer service, helping us choose the tiles for our new kitchen, recommending (and calling ahead in advance) local suppliers for grout colours. When one of our tiles was damaged he arranged super fast delivery of the replacement so we didn't miss the build timelines. He's always available and happy to chat through with us and goes the extra mile every time.

Fantastic and welcoming showroom in Weybridge. Served by Iain who is fantastically knowledgeable. Now have a beautiful porcelain tile kitchen floor and hallway - and all at a great price.

I would highly recommend Mandarin Stone. Of course their products are beautiful but its customer service that they excel at.We had quite a tricky build and needed to reorder small quantities of patio tiles twice.The team was amazing in promptly helping us and order turn round, checking stock was complete within hours and all deliveries as promised arrived in perfect timing and condition.It is so refreshing to work with a company that is so efficient and pleasant.I will be working with Mandarin Stone for all my tile needs in the future.Thank you team for being one of the very few suppliers who have been stress free to work with.Deborah and Jonathan Sinclair, Esher.

This is my ?go to place? for tiles. Everyone is incredibly helpful at the Weybridge shop but a particular mention goes to Chanel who methodically and kindly took the time to help me find the perfect white floor tile (form porcelain decor) out of the ?hundreds? of white floor tiles out in the market. She listened and understood what I was looking for and then went out of her way to suggest the tile and range that might be the one. I duly ordered! From ordering to delivery, Mandarin Stone have been great to deal with and I will aim to place all my other tile orders with them.

I don't normally write reviews but after the service I received recently...I wanted to share. We are building new house and needed to source the tiles for it. I scoured various tile showrooms and then discovered Mandarin Stone. We visited the Weybridge branch (not the nearest to us but was visiting family) and we dealt with Josh. He is a total credit to the company. He was knowledgable, patient and a pleasure to deal with. After repeat visits, we have ended up purchasing every tile needed from him! Waiting to sort the external tiles but for now all the interior is sorted. The tile range is second to none with something for everyone. If you are in the market for new tiles then it is really worth visiting this showroom :)

Highly recommend this company. The quality and the choice they have is superb and compared to other companies their products are competitively priced. But the most important thing is the customer service! The people who work at Mandarin care. Everyone I have spoken to is a pleasure to deal with, friendly, polite, efficient and extremely helpful. Ask especially for Brendan McFayden, Amie Lloyd or Chanel Wu.
