Left bleeding on two fingers. In agony. Really rough. No apology offered. After much debate I was begrudgingly offered £3 discount off a £60 bill.Can?t put my hands under water as hurts too much.Would not recommend.

Two stars solely becuase they are open on a Sunday.I made an appointment for 4pm for a shellac manicure - turned up at 4.15 - apologised, asked whether it was still possible to have my service carried out. Was assured that it was, but the two ladies seemed unhappy/disapproving. Was asked to sit down. Tech sat opposite me and started buffing my gel paint off - didn?t ask whether I preferred to soak it off instead (which I did). Distinct air of just getting the appointment over with. Onto cuticles - barely soaked for a minute - and in the same hurried manner managed to nick cuticles on two fingers making them bleed. At this point I decided not to continue the service. The other tech in the salon said that it was getting late and my tech had a train to catch. Fair enough, although they should have turned me away instead of putting me through a bad and hurried manicure. I?ve left the salon with badly buffed, brittle nails (due to over-buffing) and nicked cuticles and paid £20 for my troubles. There was another customer who came in at 4.30, apologised for being late but was treated in a much more friendly manner.Anyway, will not be returning.

Polite and friendly. Very clean and comfortable salon. My first visit today and will definitely return as very pleased with my manicure. Open Sundays which is very helpful.

I have been a customer with them for nearly 5 years and Micheal and Amy are an amazing and kindest people , all the nail technicians are good specially I have problem with my ingrown toe nails and they gently remove it for me ? satisfied with their job and professionalism, always welcomes me with happy face , thank you Micheal and Amy for your kindness

Hello nails are a very professional nail spa. They are extremely friendly and clean. I am always satisfied with my nails. They are thorough and take their time. I highly recommend them.

Awful experience. Fine at basic manicure, but tried to get a simple swirled design and the nail technician struggled. Terrible customer service as well. A member of staff asked me if I was pregnant which was of course very upsetting given that I?m not, and I have a condition which makes it more difficult to get pregnant. No apology given, I asked if I could have a discount as a courtesy which they also declined. Will not be going here again.Services: Nail polish changes

First time here but will never go back! The manager is rude! Her staff is unskilled - clipped my skin when clipping my toe nails!!! Charged me the full price until I asked for a discount!! Very unhappy experience. Weybridge should deserve much better standard of service!!

My recent visit was very disappointing . Price gone up while standard dropped . Sloppy job and rushed . Poor communication none could speak English except "pick a colour" . I will think hard if I go there again .
