When selling our house we had 3 widely differing valuations and Hamptons were the highest of those. The other 2 tried to discredit Hamptons and say we would not sell at their price. Without anything to guide us we plumped for Hamptons and they were fantastic. We had 3 offers at the asking price within a couple of weeks and the one we chose proceeded swiftly to completion without any issues.From valuation and viewing through to managing the sale (once agreed) the team couldn't have been more professional and efficient.If we had chosen another agent we would have been many many thousands of pounds worse off.Huge thanks to Kathy, Maya, Cheryl and the team.

I've noticed that the properties listed by this agency are quite overpriced. I'm currently searching for a place in Weybridge. There's a flat near Cleves School being advertised by this agency for £2500. However, I found the exact same property listed with another agency for £1800, and it's been available for over 6 months without any takers. This might be due to its proximity to Cleves School, the railway, and the access gate for railway maintenance. The noise from vans repairing the railway during the nights and the trains in early morning can be quite bothersome.

When Maya Dean was at the Esher Office we asked her with a colleague to come and see our home with a view to marketing it for us. Maya was so enthusiastic about our property that we nearly changed our minds and almost decided to stay here, such was her positivity. Kathy her manager valued it and kept in touch regularly though they had moved to the Weybridge office. We could not have dealt with more professional and kinder people and a particular compliment for Maya who is a credit to the company and the industry. Anyone dealing with her will be looked after really well.

We had a very mixed experience with estate agents when searching for our new home in Walton / Weybridge. However, Maya, from Hamptons stood out. She always went above and beyond to help, ensuring we were aware of new properties even before they were listed. Maya Dean in sales at the Weybridge Hamptons Estate Agents office is more like a chum you'd like to have a coffee with than someone who'd really like you to buy the house she is showing you.
