Sadly my experience with Ginger Ray was very disappointing. I ordered balloons, banners and napkins for my mums surprise afternoon tea party for her birthday. This will be my mums last birthday as she is very poorly with terminal lung cancer and I wanted so much for this to be a perfect day. I ordered on the 6th and paid for next day delivery, I called after I ordered to confirm the order was received and it will be sent out that day for next day delivery. Next day, no delivery, I called the office again and I was told the order wasn?t sent but is being sent out that day for delivery the next day. No good to me now so requested to cancel and refund payment. I was told to refuse acceptance of the delivery and once it was received back at the warehouse I would be refunded. I left a large note on the door and on the DPD app I requested to return to sender. I arrived home that day to find the delivery on my doorstep! Called office again, this time I was told just keep the package and I will be refunded. The helium balloons and banners were no use now as I had managed to get some on the day from a local store, luckily! I opened the box and balloons were missing from the order anyway. The following day I came home to another box on my doorstep, this one containing the remaining helium balloons from my order. From previous reviews I see this is not a one off so the investigation into the warehouse has obviously not been resolved.Very disappointing experience.

Excellent customer service! As a new customer, (having seen their products in John Lewis) I ordered a few Xmas items and unfortunately a delicate item had been damaged in transit. I sent an email and a replacement was sent immediately arriving a couple of days later. The communication was timely and friendly, the problem resolved with no hassle and the items were great! I will most definitely be a frequent customer!

PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING!Absolutely the worst company and service I have ever experienced. Ordered balloons and decorations for my son?s first birthday to arrive 2 days before his party. They ended up never showing up even if I contacted and spoke with customer service multiple times who promised they would arrive. I never got my order and as a consequence my son?s party was ruined. They didn?t seem to care AT ALL or understand that they were ruining a party. Pointless company and absolutely appalling service.

Total waste of my money. Ordered 3 giant confetti balloons and 5 latex balloons. The large ones were so ugly when filled with helium, they looked nothing like the image on the packaging and they didn?t even float. Couldn?t use them in the end. Would love my money back.

OMG Gorgeous Rose Gold Balloon Arch for my daughter's Bridal Shower. The perfect centerpiece for her Gift Chair, that the guests are still raving about almost a week later, and thought we'd had it professionally done.The arch does take some time to build, but does anyone really expect it to just pop out of the box looking fantastic??I'd say it took about 2 hours with one person blowing and one person creating and hanging the arch. You can see for yourself how a average people were able to create this gorgeous arch, with no special equipment or skills!I bought my kit at a Party City store in the US, so I can't comment on the local direct ordering of items.Highly recommend!
