I never leave bad reviews, but the customer service is rubbish. And it's a particular girl who is super rude even to children.

Not the first time I?ve had an issue ordering from this site , missing items is a common theme, wrong items as well , a coke was ordered with my meal and a Fanta was delivered , a missing desert item also . Previous delivery?s have been left at my door in the pouring rain with no call to confirm it?s been delivered and not even the courtesy to ring the doorbell .
The young lady I spoke to was rude and dismissive and tried to imply that I was lying to try and benefit myself when I was simply just trying to make them aware that I was missing an item instead I was rudely met with her telling me ? I packed it myself ? and I told her I have a ring doorbell and have the footage that will prove I was missing an item when I received the delivery
I was told ? it will be credited to my account ? not even the offer of having it sent out as I ordered it tonight , I now have to pay for delivery on this item with the ?credited amount ? just a ploy to make money it seems
If a customer calls up you should not be rude and should Atleast try and accommodate for the mistake on your behalf . Serious lack of customer service skills .

Food arrived which was cold and the chicken strips were barely cooked. No big pot sauce which they seem to forget every time I order. Called up to complain and the customer service was shockingly bad. Very rude staff. Will not be returning.

Justed order for the work lunch for the team. There were 2 more orders from my company. When driver distributed the food, that was already messy. the driver checked roughly, did not made sure. 2 orders were not fulfilled properly as drinks missed. When my colleagues called and made complaint, they said they would the refund for it. And I called to ask new receipt, they changed their words that drinks all gone out so they would not refund. You should be able to distribute properly, you should have consistent service (not changing your word) and be nice. Staff who received phone call extremely unkind.

Ridiculous, so I've placed an order online just past 23:00 for collection, payment was taken, order confirmed, when I got there I was told they were closed for collections after 23:00 only open for deliveries... just for me to order the same thing and then collect it from the delivery driver's hand (so pay to do his job without the need of it as I wanted to collect it from the beginning) well miscommunication between Domino's and Just Eat, if collections can't be made after 23:00 just block the option on the website.

Ordered a takeaway when we got the food one of them was wrong called the shop the staff was very dismissive and unhelpful insisting I have ordered the wrong pizza incase I want to have the correct pizza I have to order one more bearing in mind we're a local trader providing service
