We have had problems with printers recently and every member of staff has been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There was one particular member of staff called Wasim, and he has been great.

I ordered an air conditioner from Currys PC World a few days ago. I was told I would get a delivery notification soon, but after waiting several days, nothing arrived. When I tracked my order online, it suddenly showed as rejected - with no email or explanation from Currys at all.
When I called customer service, they told me I would get a refund within 1 to 3 days. That didn't happen either. When I called again today, they changed their story and said it would now take 7 to 14 days for my money to be refunded.
To make it worse, I went to my local store where the item still shows in stock online, but the staff told me it's not available in the store, the warehouse, or anywhere else. Even similar items show as available online, but they're clearly not.
This feels like blatant misinformation and a complete waste of customers' time and money. Currys should be more honest about stock availability and process refunds promptly. I feel cheated and will think twice before ordering from them again.

Credit due here, service was excellent. Really helpful and went out of their way to answer my questions. Must admit was pleased but it will make me go back.

Shocking experience. Came in to buy a TV and a few other bits and no member of staff was interested after half hour of waiting. Had to go elsewhere. What a waste of time. All members of staff need to be reviewed and sacked!

Terrible is an euphemism. Purchase experience was underwhelming due to unprofessional and unbothered sales people but the reason I?m writing this is to advise people to PLEASE BEWARE: they don?t honor basic consumers right and own return policies. They give you false information at their own convenience either before, during or after purchasing. If you purchase a faulty item you will be stuck with it. Never again.

I was very impressed by the service and help given to me by Denny at Curry?s Weybridge. I bought a new Samsung laptop and he talked me through it all, found me what I wanted and listened to my questions very patiently! I am no IT expert and I was pleased they offered a set up service so that the computer was ready to use when I took delivery. There are plenty of staff in the shop and you don?t have to go searching for someone to assist, which is a big bonus. I would go to the store again.
