I think that as this shop is in Weybridge they can justify selling well worn cashmere jumpers and cardigans at ridiculously expensive prices. According to the manageress she has customers who will happily pay £25 for a cardigan with a hole in it and normally she would ask around £45 if it doesn?t have any faults. I?ve looked in this shop many times in the hope of actually finding something nice but cannot believe the amount of clothing which should be put in for rags.

I took some clothes in to donate.. the woman didn't even look through them (some clothes never worn) saying we can't accept them and didn't want to look through as it will fill up the recycling pile which has just been emptied.. was rude and appeared she couldn't be bothered.. won't donate there again. My donation was happily accepted by another charity shop up the road.

I don't like the way the clothes are organised in this shop- it's impossible to find what you're looking for because all the types of clothes and sizes are all mixed up! Nobody has time to check every single item and see what it is and what size. You need a better system with things organised by type and size with coloured hanger tags. Have a look in the other charity shops for examples. Also there is a scratched up pair of boots for sale for £50! A bit insane pricing there.

They are not accepting books or CDs. It looks like just clothes only. Best to try the other charity shops in the high street.

I believe in charity, Cancer research is a wonderful charity. The Walton shop does itself absolutely no favours at all with its pricing. Heavily worn items yesterday included a Cashmere jumper that had seen many better days and is priced at £45.00A wrecked torn and broken Gucci (unverified) bag at £300 reduced from £500. A shrunk in the wash cardigan at £35.00 cashmere but actually only 5% cashmere. Now the point is Cashmere is only a good purchase if it?s a sustainable product. A Gucci bag is only a Gucci bag if it?s verified. The 2nd point is people who shop in charity shops want to support charity shops AND feel like they have bought a product that fits their budget and they will use.Perhaps the adage ?a quick penny is better than a slow pound? may have pertinence in this instance.A standard pricing policy would likely benefit store managers who appear out their depth and confused by Branded items. A bag is a bag, a jumper a jumper especially when it is second hand, hard used and donated. It?s not box fresh in Liberty during the January sales.I hope this helps you.

It's fine, just another charity shop, but some of the staff are a bit too interested in what things are worth. they really do inflate the prices wherever possible, to a distasteful degree.

Very helpful staff and a great selection of designer clothes at a fraction of the normal cost. The shop is always really well stocked and is really like a high end boutique rather than a charity shop. If you cant see what you are looking for The Manager (Tanja) and her team always go the extra mile to locate it if they can.

What a fabulous shop. A great selection of really top end goods at fantastic prices. Shop is well organised and merchandised, and the staff are extremely pleasant. Jim was on the till and he is a credit to your shop. So helpful and polite.
