I had a very disappointing experience during my visit. The staff seemed more focused on socializing than doing their jobs. A red-haired employee brought a friend from outside, and they were loudly joking around, ignoring the fact that there was a line of waiting customers. This behavior created a noisy and unpleasant atmosphere, making it impossible to enjoy the experience. There needs to be better management and control to ensure customers are prioritized over personal socializing.

Staff - excellent and coffee was good
Atmosphere - Average. Really noisy children squealing and one even doing handstands. Great if you like that sort of thing

Very nice coffee shop, friendly staff, lovely coffee & comfortable seating. Pastries looked lovely but I'd just had lunch so will definitely try another time. Recommended.

Best cafe Nero I?ve been too. Very friendly staff especially the lovely young man who served me. Thank you for recommending the chai latte with oat milk .
