This branch of Boots is dirty and unhygienic, making shopping an uncomfortable experience.
Used tissues line the shelves and with little to no stock, I would not recommend shopping here.
A complete lack of care and effort by Boots.

Totally disappointed with the service. I placed an order, received an email to say the delivery arrived at the store. But the staff couldn?t even locate it in the store. I called the customer line to track it and even when they had consulted with the team there, it couldn?t be found. A replacement order was placed, and the staff couldn?t even locate that either. Poor service and definitely not reliable.

absolutely demented staff
i had ordered my prescription from the boots online doctor on the 27th january, called the weybridge boots at least a 100 times over the week after to find out whether they had received the prescription - no answer. called boots customer service to find out what happened they themselves couldn?t get through to this hell hole. I wasted a journey and went to see whether they may have it, Lo and behold they haven?t got it. phoned the boots online doctor customer service they said that the pharmacy has got it but are unable to maybe find it. what incompetent idiots work in this place? absolutely ridiculous. i will not be found dead in boots again.

Really lovely staff but chronically understocked. Very irritating as I moved from an area not far away, with an amazing boots that always had everything. It?s almost like they trying to get it closed down by driving custom away.

Stores should open at 9am but staff don't turn up till 9.05 and then tell you to wait. Surely they should be here b4?

Honestly, this was the worst boots I have ever stepped foot in. Never opened on time, the manager was never in and the shelves were always empty. What an embarrassment to retail and boots as a brand, does nothing for the high street.

One of the girls is rather rude, ironic. Every time I ask her something she says sarcasm. She is slim with black hair. Today I asked her if she had gauze or if she drinks Muslim and she told me... there is no such thing... that is a religion and she turned to ignore me. Too The other day we needed medicine, there were 3 people inside, but they denied my husband the medicine, which was for my daughter. They said there were not enough staff to attend. ???

The manager needs retraining. Last time I checked, no customers, no shop. I was trying to get a refund and purchase another product. For some reason the manager is required. The manager states to the shop assistant that she will be a couple (i.e. 2) minutes. After 5 minutes waiting, I requested an update on when the manager would come. Assistant relays "A couple of minutes". After 5 minutes the manager decides to turn up. While I was waiting, there was another example of bad customer service, resulting in a couple walking out. As a result, I had to dash to start my work on time. Avoid this Boots if possible!

Always understaffed. Long queues in store. They never answer the phone. Terrible.

I went into the pharmacy today and I was able to speak to one of the staff and when we asked why they are closed we were told that they have a care home unit and none of the staff are in and that they are even understaffed and the care homes start in the weekend and they have no choice to work upstairs as they are 4 people and have over 100 patients going out, I was quite angry at first but after I saw how broken the two staff members were I felt sympathy for them. They need to be supported they are being attacked verbally by customers.

Appalling service from this branch of Boots. Went there two days ago and there was a notice on the pharmacy counter saying that this section was closed due to technical difficulties. There were 3 members of staff behind the pharmacy counter gossiping, with customers elsewhere waiting to be served. Tried to pop in for something yesterday at around 2pm (14/2/24), to find the whole shop closed with a notice to say it was closed between 1.30pm and 3.30pm for staff lunch. 2 hour lunch break and shutting the whole shop! Countless customers turned up while I took this picture. The staff who did this should be sacked and some people who want to work taken on.

I want to say a few good complimentary words for 2 ladies by the names of Judith & Shazie who gave good customer care to my brother yesterday afternoon when he went to collect my tablets from Boots, Weybridge at the Pharmacy section. I was stuck at work & was unable to collect my tablets from Boots & my brother went on my behalf & said these 2 ladies went above & beyond with their friendly & helpful approach when he arrived there to collect my medication. Thank you to these two ladies. Keep up the great work!
