Every time I visit this store I?m left disappointed and very confused. Why are the shelves bare? Why do they have such big inventory issues? Where are the products?Clearly not a corporate wide Boots issue as other locations are fine.Hope they resolve because lack of product in-store = not being able to shop local high street = ordering online = delivery trucks clogging our streets = high street store lack business and shut down. :(

Possibly the worst Boots I've ever seen, the shelves are very bare and there was an unappealing mountain of cardboard boxes on the shop floor. The shop just looks dark and dingy, I honestly thought it looked as though they were closing down. The staff are nice and friendly though so they get a star.

If I could put zero stars for the pharmacy service I would. It is completely ridiculous, they never seem to have received the prescriptions from the surgery, they never have the prescriptions ready, half the regular medicines are out of stock and you wait at least half an hour. Someone needs to complain to head office as the poor staff are likely suffering from lack of resources and training too. Complaining on the spot does absolutely nothing. There is very little stock in the shop as well. Probably this place should close down completely.

Staff always friendly and helpful but seem to be under staffed lately. Shop was actually closed in the middle of the day a couple of times! Not the greatest range of items but it is a small branch after all.

Just echoing what the majority of other reviews say. Pharmacy section an absolute joke, you will be waiting at least 20 mins, I?ve even waited over an hour before, no one ever picks up the phone and seems understaffed by the looks of it.

Gary is a real asset to this branch of Boots. I went to get baby formula for my 6 month old and tried to buy it with my points as I did not have money until the next day but really needed the milk. Myself and their employee did not know that you cannot use your advantage points to get baby milk.Gary went above and beyond to help me get my baby milk. Although the situation was embarrassing, he made me feel valued and really cared that my baby was fed. I cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond for me especially in these financially hard times. So thank you Gary for being a wonderful person!!
