Outside seating is cozy
Gluten free pizza base is smaller than other pizzas even though it?s the same price
I think worth it to pre book if you?re in larger group

Our pizzas were great - loads of options to choose from, all using great ingredients. The beer garden was nice to sit out in, and there were a good handful of local beers on tap to try. Would recommend!

Ye Olde Ship Inn is an absolute gem in Guildford! This bar strikes the perfect balance of charm and quality. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it an ideal spot for a casual drink or a relaxed evening with friends.
The drink selection is outstanding there?s something for everyone, from classic pints to unique craft options, all at prices that won?t break the bank. But the real star of the show? The pizzas. They?re incredible, fresh, flavorful, and generously topped. Honestly, some of the best I?ve had in a pub setting.
Combine that with the friendly staff and reasonable prices, and you?ve got a spot that?s hard to beat. Highly recommend checking it out if you?re in Guildford!

Lovely pub, dog friendly and amazing pizzas. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pizzas are so big we had a box to take home the leftovers which were great reheated the next day. Good stop on a walk.

Excellent staff; welcoming, friendly and helpful
The pizzas are larger than the boards they are served on so go with an appetite and ask for an extra napkin. Very tasty and lovely thin dough with flexible toppings

Thoroughly recommend this pub for lunch. Friendly and attentive staff. We had the most delicious fish and chips! Food was piping hot served quickly. Batter on fish was light and particularly good.

I had a meal here with family yesterday. Simply the best pizzas we have ever had. Great beers and the service was exemplary. No wonder you need to book, great venue.

I have had many people tell me to try this pub for their food. Initially I was put off by the price of the pizzas however when you relate the price to an equivalent takeaway, it is actually good value for money given they use quality ingredients. I marked it down a star is the pizza crust is rather too crusty. I bought the garlic butter to go with the crust and a finisher, but the crust was too hard to enjoy. The rest of the pizza was lovely - good choice of ingredients on the standard menu and a decent size portion.
Service was great. The staff are really nice.
Big big win that the receipt is split into sections too so you can easily find the food and drinks separately.
