Slow service, ghastly cream tea. Mega stale dry scones, margarine, cheap jam. Scones had odd under-taste of nutmeg/cinnamon and must have been days old. Even cream had a slightly sour taste. Absolutely horrible.

Lovely tea room. Wonderful afternoon tea! So much yummy food. Would highly recommend. Staff were so friendly. Cannot wait to return.

To day went to the tudor rose tearooms westerham, a fantastic experience food great very friendly staff and very welcoming nice atmosphere great decorating on the walls 5* experience no hesitation in going back me and the wife loved it well done ladies

Lovely place for afternoon tea remember visiting as a teenager The staff are friendly the food was good. Delicious cakes will visit again.
Parking: Plenty of parking in the town which is 20 mph throughout.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very user friendly for wheelchairs

Scrambled eggs cooked in the microwave on soggy lightly toasted bread, which you have to order at the counter. Toast was soggy because the eggs were split cooked in the microwave. Wouldn't have it again. Scone, also warmed in the microwave - was clearly from yesterday's batch. A fresh baked one was given on request to be fair. Hopefully they have other cooking equipment, too.

We came today to order two sandwiches and a tea. There were only four people in the room (us and another couple).
We waited 40 minutes for the order, after which we found out that the girls at the service lost the order (according to their words).
How is it possible that between two orders in the room, you lose or forget one?
It seems to me that the girls did not want to not serve because we are immigrants.
We felt discrimination from them.
I do not recommend this place if you are foreigners or immigrants

I can highly recommend the English Breakfast (not a huge portion - just perfect size) and the afternoon tea.

Absolutely amazing place, a hidden gem! Such friendly and welcoming staff, food quality and taste was phenomenal. Worth every penny. The atmosphere and general ?vibe? of the place was warm and elegant. Bone china cups to enhance the taste of your hot drinks! (Cheesy chips are a personal recommendation especially as they really are cheesy!) couldn?t recommend this place more. Will definitely be back soon!
