Such a great bar. It's always nice to stop off for a quick drink during the day when it's a little quieter and away from the main road. The evenings can be so much fun and the weekend shows are always a laugh with everyone being friendly and up for a laugh.

Charged me 4.60 (!!) for a lime and soda ??? In what world is this not a complete con ?? Also the bar man spilled my friends Prosecco all over her, and didn?t even attempt to replace her drink. Nice drag acts but they clearly have contempt for women punters or non gay clientele. Won?t be returning.

Every time I go to The Old Ship I have a great time. During our last visit we saw a drag performance by Marsha Mellow which was superb (very funny, chilled and amazing voice). Disco music at the end was a nice surprise. Will be back for sure ??
