Leon I had the ?big breakfast box?. I had never seen portioning so small. Even the food was miniature. The hash browns were clearly yesterdays leftovers, Beans were dry with a skin on them - clearly old. The only thing i think that the only thing that was fresh was the sausage. The only thing I would recommend you buy from this restaurant is the coffee.

Hands down the worse McDonald?s I have ever been to. Queued for ages for a machine to order, then machine has no paper for printing, food took ages and cold, staff has attitude issues, no milkshakes or soft drinks ! In future I will use the noodle place. A complete shambles!

Tried calling here for breakfast. Big mistake breakfast was cold unappetising and incredibly expensive a experience I won't be repeating in the future ??

Shocking. Just shocking. Freezing cold food. Staff that can?t be bothered. Expensive. Long wait despite two people ahead in the queue.

No complaints here from a friendly company inside the motorway services. Helpful staff, good value food considering it could have been marked up due to its location. Really liked it as the services was dog friendly. Clean , wiped down tables. Will certainly return here when we come back from Kent next time.

I wouldn?t say 8pm on a Friday evening is late. As a service station I would expect to be able to get service: 20:10 Chozen Asian food was already closed; Leon food bar was no longer taking orders. Only Costa and ghastly McDs could serve any hot food, but ended up at the Spar which closed as soon as we?d finished buying two ?slices?, some crisps, and coffees. If you really, really need to stop then do so, otherwise find somewhere that actually provides a service. Good luck!

The food was ok, although I had half a piece of bacon in my chicken and bacon wrap. The service in there was disgusting, I had to pay cash as I forgot my card and the staff member there was incredibly rude. I gave him my cash and then he started talking to someone else and didn't give me my change, he come back to me and asked how he could help me as if I hadn't already ordered and payed(I did end up getting my change back). Unfortunately he didn't have a name tag so I couldn't name him however I remember him saying he was a sales supervisor but not only was he rude to me, but to the people I was there with too. I do not recommend this place and plan on not returning.

Clueless disorganised staff. Food was fine, when it eventually arrived. I was stood at the counter staring at it for a while (under the heat lamps) until someone deigned to appear from the back to attend to the five/six customers stood without service. This place needs a manager or someone from Leon to mystery shop this place.

WHSmiths - an employee behind counter being verbally attacked by a Costa employee for stealing her milk. Did not care (either of them) that it was a public place. Very unprofessional, rude to bring it up in the shop. Both need to be disciplined

Rubbish! Waited 15 mins for our food (so much for ?fast food?!). The guy who served us was a useless drip and the kitchen staff were clearly struggling despite it not being busy! Drinks were warm - asked for chilled ones but they had none. Chips were soggy and slaw inedible. Should have gone to McDonalds! All the customers were waiting and rolling their eyes so not just us!

We arrived expecting to have a lunch at McDonalds but they were closed, due to a power cut, and we ordered from the Leon that is immediately next to McD?s We will never do so again ?. it really was not a good food experience ? but the staff were working hard, helpful and cheerful In view of the fact that all customers were now going to Leons for a meal the two grilled chicken burger meals and the fish finger wrap had clearly been sitting in their hot food chutes for a very long time ?. long enough for crispy lettuce and tomato slices to fully cook and be reduced to pulp with a slimy texture. Similarly the potato lattice fries had lost any of their crispiness and heat. I have worked a great deal of my career in fast food and it is clear to see that Leons management are not following any of the brands timing guidelines for the preparation and holding of food These issues were not down to lack of staff ?. McDonalds had loaned them some of their own personnel whilst the business patterns were affected

It always feels like time travelling back to the 90's when visiting Clackett Lane services. This time was no exception, it's still a run down shack. During this visit I wish we could have time travelled back 30 mins to get back the wasted time at The Fresh food cafe. This place needs a serious refresh or flattening and a fresh build. It's embarrassing to think this is the first out of the car look at UK most European visitors get.

Awful service from fresh food place. Waited 30 mins and still didnt receive our bagels , drinks where watery and tasteless and ended up getting a refund on the food as it didnt arrive. 3 other family?s waiting , all been there before us. The staff where standing on phones not even working and this was lunchtime. No apologies even when we asked for a refund.my self and my husband both Having worked in the industry was absolutely gobsmacked at the service or lack of it. Left hungry.

I order porridge cappuccino and hash brown for table service.Worst thing was the tray was dirty and without any paper under food served. Harsh brown was come up from the bag to directly on the dirty tray. When I show them they change it.Unbelievable !
