I will never ever step my foot in this disgusting place, I put fuel and I went to pay, I tapped my bank card, ok the payment didn't go through, problem with the card maybe, couldn't you call me to let me know? Now I have a letter from depts collection Wich I have to pay much more, day light robbery!!!!

Prices for fuel are £6 pounds a tank more expensive than local garages just off the motorway. Do not refuel here let the management here thinking their rip off behaviour is in any justified. Trading standards should close this rip off place down.

How is it possible that the gas station was closed on a Sunday afternoon (around 2 p.m.) without any notice? There was no information posted on the doors, and only one entrance had barriers to prevent cars from driving in, while the others did not. As a result, many people drove in and were confused when they couldn't use the station. It was especially frustrating because there were no other gas stations for miles!

A whole 25p more per liter of diesel! Compaired to others serives, even the next BP. Absolute ripoff.

Zero stars,fuel and coffe are pricey,toilets disgusting not deep cleaned for ages.That day someone made a right mess in cubicle,when I challenged people working there they replied that they will closed it soon as they cannot clean it.Why was it allowed to stay open in that state?Disgusting,needs the shut down for refurb.

The rudest, angriest man I?ve ever encountered at a service station. I was not permitted to enter the services to use the toilet, and I was told to ?go in bushes by a very aggressive man who just kept shouting ?I?m just following policy, complain to them? when I suggested it was strange to not be able to use facilities ?around the clock? on a 24hr motorway services. The card reader used to take my payment for fuel was faulty and I had to key in my details 7 or 8 times, while being told I was doing it incorrectly - it was totally ridiculous, insulting and unprofessional. That man should not be working in a place where drivers come to refresh, relieve and replenish themselves. I will follow this up with a formal complaint.

Absolutely disgusting service with the worst poor customer service management which I ever seen!!! Extremely rude customer service which are even illegal!!!! Would not recommend this horror film place to nobody! Fix your workers and then provide service ;)
