Very off putting when one tesco worker in particular decides its acceptable to cover her full face and only show her eyes. Very unwelcoming and off putting. This shouldn't be allowed for a cashier.

Staff are excellent for the most part. New freezer compartments hopefully will not be constantly breaking down like the old ones. Atrocious price rises overnight, but that is not the fault of the store. Presumably the ceo and upper level management need more money to finance their exirbitant salaries.

The supermarket has lately looked like a prison, with alarm sounds if you entered or exited incorrectly - shame! In order to catch thieves, there is a security service, for decent people this is not pleasant. Also, the administration is not at all worried about the residents of the building whose apartment windows overlook the parking lot, how can people relax after a working day if their bedrooms overlook the parking lot? This noise starts from 6 am and continues until late at night. Is it possible to move the parking lot or reduce it and plant more trees, as residents are suffocating from exhaust fumes. Also an appeal to customers, please tell me we should listen to your slamming car doors? your swearing? howling your dogs? and the crying of children. This is our home and we have no peace from 6 am in the morning until 11 pm at night!! I hope the administration will pay attention, because it?s a nightmare to live next door!

Quite frankly some of the staff here (Sarah - short fat w dark hair) lack serve professionalism. The way she was acting is completely disgraceful and not the level of standard I know Tescos wants.I hope management talks with her and tells her that the way she behaves and interacts w customers is disgraceful

Not a huge superstore so some stock variety issues but sensible range nonetheless. Store is convenient and pleasant.The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Empty shelves, and only 2 out of the 3 tills open! Too many self service tills! Some of which are card only! Use cash or you're going to loose it! The choice of food is awful as mainly ready meals and pre packed rubbish.

Very poor store for its size, there is always something they have not got. Never any eggs but the small Tesco in Molesey normally has eggs...dont understand why that would be.

Been shopping here for a few years and I have seen a steady decline with the staff! Prices rise over night a pack of chicken wings used to be £1.44 it?s now £1.95. They have a lot of items that state Aldi price match and it?s not. However if you get a club card you do make quite a difference on the wallet.

Nice big store, sells everything from food to electrical goods, so can get all you need here. The only disappointment is that they've stopped selling shoes, shame as you could get a nice outfit then get shoes to match, don't know why they've done that?

Absolute shambles. I?ve been using this store for 14 years and what happened to it with the latest management is shocking( over a year now). Empty messy shelves, miserable staff that quietly says how bad the situation in the store is. Taking away products that have always been available in that store and are available in others to force customers to buy more expensive options .It?s devastating when I don?t have a choice and have to use it .

Shelves ,lots empty ,never what you require always items missing if there was another shop l would go there shopping . it?s the only local shop !
