“HiI recently changed a prescription medication that sadly didnt work for me at all and my system wasnt working : I had to go back onto my previous medication urgently ( my health is finely balanced at the moment).I was there at opening on Saturday and Raj the pharmacist adeptly walked me through what I needed to do in these circumstances. Between the assistance of 111 where repeat prescription is needed urgently... & rerouting .I was able to have w also the sterling work 111 help1. the urgent prescription routed to their pharmacy2. and new prescription requested through my GP3. plus the emergency prescription filled / supplied to get me through the weekend and Monday .I would addThe Pharmacy had filled up by then and Raj the Layla's pharmacist continued to work swiftly and professionally to serve everyone that was there ....Layla always has good supplies and a good number of staff that are quite exceptionally helpful . Whilst waiting I got into discussion w a number of other customers being served and they were all of the opinion that I had reached : the Layla Pharmacy is a jewel in West Molesey managing to remain calm friendly and efficient and w exceptionally good supply stores .I havent found anything that they cannot help me w yet! I started this morning in an urgent prescription situation and before 10 the whole situation was miraculously resolved.I would add despite many other options of pharmacy for help this morning i already knew if anyone could help me it would be them. So proficient in NHS medical systems etc. Big thank you to Raj & his team there!I hope this review can help others ....... they are exceptional.”
